Our White is a blend of Central Valley Chenin Blanc and Napa Valley Viognier. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine is clean and crisp with traditional varietal markers; white peach-apricot, and floral from the Chenin Blanc, and stone fruits, honey, and stony mineral undertones contributed by the Viognier. It is dry and delicious – perfect alone, or matched with nearly anything – grilled Salmon, or even a Charcuterie with apples and almonds.
